Just got myself a blow torch and was dying to try it out. Therefore, it leads me to make this creme brulee :D. Added some brown sugar on top and caramelize it with moi blow torch *_*.
1 word, Yummy!
p/s: Williamnyk, this recipe of creme brulee definitely aint suitable for you. You'd definitely head to the toilet :|
