Hmm, I tried to make Tiramisu today, by hand, and it failed. Damn! Well, being me, i'm always trying new recipes combining one and another; breaking the law of pastry which everything has to be accurate. Oh well, i'm so gonna face a huge embarassment later when i'm back to work. Somehow a chef wants me to make a dessert, and I was damn 'semangat-ed' to make tiramisu, but it failed!! WHY WHY WHY???
No worries, another 2 more months and i'm so gonna prove to them that I am capable of doing something besides being sucky in the hot kitchen!
