This was my experiment that I came out with due to my hunger. In fact, it tastes pretty good! The flavours blended well :D
Salmon Yee Sang with Lime Vinaigrette
This is Joe's and Pei Yi's creation. It tastes really not bad. Unfortunately both of them doesnt like salmon at all. Oh the irony :x
Panfried Salmon with Pesto Fettucine
This dish is somewhat rejected I guess? Base on my personal preferences, the pasta does not taste good. Best served for cold appetizer. Presentation wise, it's too 'earthy' for me. Nevertheless, the salmon tastes good :D
