Christmas was around the corner and I received a phone call from SK during work but I couldn't answer and so I texted her later on and she wanted to order a cake for Christmas! Well obviously I didn't decline.
So yeah, just a day before Christmas Eve I whipped up this special Carrot Cake with Lime Chiboust for her :D. Seriously cracking my head to make a cream that has no dairy products >_
Both SK and Williamnyk's review that it was good and that the cream somehow melted LOL. But somehow my piece did not melt. Hmm! Makes me wonder O.O!
