If not it looks so much nicer.

But oh well, it still looks great ;D

Rack of Lamb with Persillade

The lamb was perfectly cooked and so was the persillade (the crust) :D

Poor lil tourned carrots and turnips got burnt :O

But oh well, thank god there's some other vegetables left.
